About me
I am an indefinite FC2 postdoctoral researcher at Instituto de Astrofísica de Canarias (IAC), funded by the ERC Synergy Grant “Whole Sun” since December 2024. Previously, I held a 3-year postdoctoral position at the Rosseland Centre for Solar Physics (RoCS), University of Oslo (2018–2021), where I continue as a Guest Researcher since 2021. My research focuses on fundamental phenomena in the solar atmosphere, namely, coronal bright points (CBPs), eruptive phenomena (jets, surges, UV bursts), and magnetic flux emergence. To that end, I combine advanced radiative-MHD simulations, space- and ground-based observations, code development, and, more recently, machine-learning techniques.
Papers
I have published 39 peer-reviewed papers in per-reviewed Q1 journals, including 10 as first author, 7 as second author, and 4 as third author, accumulating 929 citations and an h-index of 18 (Updated the 2025/12/12. Source: ADS).
Invited reviews & conferences.
I have delivered numerous contributions at international meetings, including 3 invited keynote reviews, 10 invited conferences, 33 contributed talks, and 7 invited seminars at research centers worldwide.
Honors & Grants.
I have secured 10 highly competitive research grants (7 as PI and 3 as Co-Investigator) at national and international level, including projects funded by the European Space Agency, ISSI (Switzerland), ROB (Belgium), INAF (Italy), CNRS (France), and NRC (Norway).
