The method presented is applied to asteroidal approaches to catalogue stars and occultations, and derives the minimum separation at conjunction and the corresponding time of these ones. Three CCD observations, reported to the European Asteroidal Occultation Network, illustrate the method.

We report some recent of the Tenerife experiments. On a strip at Dec = +40° we have identified structure in the microwave sky at several frequencies. Clear evidence is found for a feature centred at RA 185° with a peak amplitude of 80 K. A statistical analysis of the data at this declination reveals the presence of signal at an rms of 42 ± 9 K

We present a color magnitude diagram (CMD) in the V and I bands reaching ~4 magnitudes below de turn off (TO) for the Galactic globular (?) cluster Pal 1. A comparison with other well-observed clusters and theoretical models suggest that Pal 1 has an age of 8+-2 Gyrs, which would make it the youngest globular cluster of our Galaxy.
